A Resort with 90 rooms is under construction at Udaipur. This resort is situated at Kaladwas, accessible from Ahmedabad Highway in idealistic surroundings against the backdrop of hills.
This resort will have multiple conferencing and banqueting venues of more than 50,000 sq. ft. complimented by mini theater, open amphitheatre besides lush green lawn and swimming pool. This resort will provide state-of-the-art conferencing facilities for the corporate apart from providing Spa, mini Golf and many other recreation facilities to leisure travelers. In the second phase NLL intends to develop villa type accommodation as the leisure travelers flow in the property grows.
A large destination Spa facility along with a Spa Academy will be a part of the project. It will provide medical and lifestyle Spa therapies and world class training facilities.
